This device is in good condition. The left and right screens are in good condition, there are some light, but noticeable, marks from use, but nothing too significant. The casing is in good cosmetic condition with some light, but noticeable, scuffs, scratches, and wear from use. All of the ports are in good condition and clean. The headband is in poor condition due to many scuffs, scratches, wear, and stains. The headband is discolored from heavy use and wear. This headset does not include any controllers. The facial interface is in good condition with some light, but noticeable wear. There may be some small cracking, scuffs, scratches, and/or wear. Functionality condition:

This device is in good condition.  The left and right screens are fully functional with no damage or issues. I was able to test the audio by playing a video. The audio is fully functional. The camera works great and shows clear images. No controllers are included with this headset.
